-Once the item is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact them regarding the delivery status. If an item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

There are certain times when a certain shirt is sold out and I am unable to get it.. If this happens I will message you. 

You can either choose a different shirt color, wait until it is back in stock, or I can refund you.
